Refunds & Exchanges
We do offer Refunds, within 7 business days provided they are in the same condition with original bags and tags. Please request for a (RA return authority) number by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will take care of it. We will refund the entire cost of the item. Please note: shipping costs are non refundable.
To return your product, you should mail your product after receiving the RA number . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the product is faulty, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the fault and we will look into it. If the item is indeed faulty, we will send a reply paid con note for you to send the item back.
